Literally Events

Literally PR specialises in (and loves) organising successful, fun and entertaining media parties and launch events. On this page, you'll find details of all upcoming events, including book and product launches, media parties and fairs and exhibitions we'll be attending. For more information about how we can help with your next media launch, or details of our previous events, please get in touch. If you're hoping to RSVP to a particular event you can email: helenlewis@literallypr.com.

Literally PR has a strong track record in creating unique and fun press launch events, from the first One Big Book Launch in 2014 (hosted by CompletelyNovel in association with Literally PR) where 10 outstanding authors launched their books on one night at the Free Word Centre in London, to the annual Literally Summer Media Parties.

Our 2014 summer party saw 140+ guests convene at the uber-glam Beaufort House in Chelsea to meet and greet our clients who had chosen to showcase their talent to a room full of journalists. We repeated this success in 2015 with our latest summer party attracting national newspaper journalists and a whole host of magazine, broadcast and online press. Helen Lewis has organised more than 20 press launches / parties / media events in recent years including an Italian-themed When The Siren Calls press launch, an animal themed Filthy Creatures poetry press launch complete with armadillo, tarantula, owl, tortoise, meerkat and other filthy creatures, and a very special book launch event at the Royal Geographical Society! Costs for organisation can start at just £1000 but prices vary depending on how much work you need us to do, where you want to host the event etc, so please get in touch for more information. We will invite the media, manage the guest list, source venues, liaise with the venue and suppliers, build a buzz on social media, prepare the press materials, attend the event and manage the logistics, create the name badges, manage the follow-up calls and press activity...and more! We can provide as much or as little support as you/your budget requires.
